Service terms

These terms describe the acceptable use of PestTap. They do not replace a customer’s subscription order or the pest-control company’s agreement with its own customers.

Using PestTap

Workspace owners may authorise staff and end-customer users. Each person must use an individual account, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful pest-management and related business purposes.

Professional responsibility

Users remain responsible for competent pest-control decisions, site surveys and risk assessments.
Products must be authorised for the intended use and applied strictly in accordance with the current label and applicable law.
PestTap prompts, templates, catalogue information and CRRU guidance support record keeping but are not a substitute for training, label instructions or professional judgement.
Workspace owners are responsible for checking imported product documents and keeping their approved register current.

Records and access

Workspace owners control their operational records and user access. Signed final reports are locked to protect the audit trail; an authorised administrator can void a report with a reason and issue a replacement rather than altering the original evidence.

Availability and offline use

PestTap is provided as an online service and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control. Supported report drafts may be stored on the user’s device during poor signal and must be synced before signing out or clearing browser data.

Acceptable use and support

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service or access another organisation’s records. Contact support@pesttap.co.uk for support or to report a security concern.
